Steffen Keth, Thomas Adam y Markus Ganssert o lo que viene a ser lo mismo, De/Vision, nacen como tal en Hamburgo en el año 1988, influenciados clarísimamente por el tecnopop que tan de moda estaba en aquellos momentos y bajo la atenta mirada de grupos como Camouflage, y sobre todo, Depeche Mode, de los que se muestran absolutos admiradores.Poco a poco este trío va haciéndose un nombre dentro del competitivo y complicado mundo de la música.
