Corpus Delicti fué la banda ícono del gothic rock francés en la época de los '90.Sylphes es su segundo álbum, y la banda estaba integrada por Sebastien Pietrapiana (Sebastian: vocales, teclados) la hermosa Laurence Romanini ( Roma: batería, percusiones) Christophe Baudrion (Chris: bajo) y Jérome Schmitt (Jerome: guitarras , teclados).Sus letras eran muy profundas, existencialistas, al estilo Joy Division, y su género oscila entre el death rock y el afterpunk también.
